The Republic of Congo is reportedly in talks to appoint former Indomitable Lions captain Rigobert Song as their new head coach.
Sources close to the federation indicate that talks are at an exploratory stage, with the Congolese football authorities keen on bringing him in.
Song is no stranger to the demands of top-level football management. He previously coached Cameroon, guiding the team during the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations and leading them to the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
