Representatives of Olmo will meet with Deco. How much is Barça offering for the player?
Barcelona was unable to sign Athletic Bilbao's winger Nico Williams, thus deciding to focus their efforts on RB Leipzig's midfielder Dani Olmo.
According to Mundo Deportivo, the player's agent, Juanma Lopez, will meet with Barcelona's sporting director, Deco, in Leipzig to finalize the transfer. Dani Olmo has already joined the German team after his vacation, and an important meeting for his move to Barcelona is scheduled for Tuesday, August 6th.
Currently, a second transfer offer is being considered, with a fixed sum of €47 million, three bonuses, and an additional €10 million if the club wins La Liga or the Champions League during the six-year contract that Barça is proposing to Olmo.
We recently reported that RB Leipzig, the club that owns the Spaniard, insists on one simple condition: paying the necessary release clause.
