Reports Address Liverpool's Interest in Egyptian Star Omar Marmoush
Reports surfaced on Friday from Germany’s Bild suggesting Liverpool's interest in signing Egyptian forward Omar Marmoush, currently excelling at Eintracht Frankfurt, Sits atop the Bundesliga scoring charts with nine goals, level with Bayern Munich’s Harry Kane.
However, sources from Sky Sports Germany have denied any current intentions from Liverpool to pursue Marmoush. While Liverpool is indeed considering options in case Mohamed Salah departs at the end of his contract this season, their focus appears elsewhere.
The club is reportedly monitoring Brentford’s Bryan Mbeumo and Bournemouth’s Antoine Semenyo as potential replacements, keeping a close eye on talent across leagues. With no concrete updates on Salah’s plans, Liverpool is taking proactive steps to ensure strength in their attacking lineup.
