Relaxing with his own: Franco Colapinto enjoys downtime with his warm Argentine circle

Formula 1 star Franco Colapinto finally found a moment to catch his breath in the midst of his grueling race calendar. The Alpine driver took some time off to meet up with friends and shared a snapshot from the outing in his Instagram story.

Colapinto reposted a photo by Fernando Belasteguín, where he is seen posing with his fellow Argentinians. Alongside Franco and Belasteguín in the picture is Argentine hip-hop sensation Bizarrap, a close acquaintance of Colapinto.

“What a wonderful weekend and a fantastic final dinner with @bizarrap and the family! 👍⌚️😉 Keep it up @francolapinto, in four days you’ll have another shot 💪💪,” reads the caption under the photo.

It’s worth noting that Colapinto competed in another Formula 1 Grand Prix last weekend. The Argentine was unable to score points again, finishing 15th out of 16 classified drivers.

At the moment, the Alpine driver has yet to open his points tally and sits 20th in the overall championship standings. He and Jack Doohan (whom Colapinto replaced in Alpine’s main lineup) remain the only drivers yet to score a single point in the current Formula 1 season.
