Red Bull has announced the verdict of its internal investigation regarding the senior team principal, Christian Horner.

The press office of the Austrian Formula 1 team has stated that the 50-year-old Briton has been fully exonerated and will remain in his position, which he has held since 2005. All charges against him have been dropped.

It's worth recalling that the Red Bull boss came under investigation over allegations of "inappropriate behavior towards one of his subordinates." According to one version, Horner expressed his work demands to his colleague in an overly harsh manner.

According to another version, he sent inappropriate messages to a woman and even shared intimate photos with her. Red Bull did not specify the exact reason for initiating the investigation.

It's worth reminding that the new Formula 1 season kicks off this week with the Bahrain Grand Prix, scheduled for Saturday, March 2nd.
