A well-deserved honor.
Details: Today, FIFA's official page on social network X announced that 26-year-old Manchester City goalkeeper, who spent last season with French side PSG, Gianluigi Donnarumma, has been named FIFA Men's Goalkeeper of the Year for 2025.
The Italian outperformed top contenders for the title, including Alisson, Courtois, Martínez, Neuer, Raya, Sommer, and Szczęsny.
This marks Donnarumma's first such accolade. Over the past season, together with PSG, he clinched the Ligue 1 title, the French Cup, and the Champions League.
In September this year, he transferred to Manchester City for 30 million euros.
