The Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) has confirmed when the Matchday Nine encounter between Rivers United and Barau FC will resume after heavy rainfall forced the game to be suspended.
The match was halted in the 75th minute at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium on Saturday, with both sides still locked at 0-0.
Following the interruption caused by the downpour, the remaining 15 minutes of the fixture are scheduled to be played on Sunday morning, with kick-off set for 8:00 a.m.
