Real Sociedad are keen to sign Senegalese defender Mamadou Sarr on loan
The Senegalese international could leave Stamford Bridge during this summer’s transfer window.
Having returned from his loan spell at Strasbourg last winter, Mamadou Sarr is struggling to get playing time at Chelsea. And the Senegalese centre-back’s situation is being monitored by a number of clubs, particularly in Spain and Saudi Arabia.
According to Foot Mercato, Real Sociedad are keen to sign Mamadou Sarr on loan this summer. The Spanish club are impressed by the Senegalese defender’s profile and are looking to reach an agreement with Chelsea to bring him to La Liga.
But the Spanish club are not the only ones showing interest in the 20-year-old Senegalese. In Saudi Arabia, Al-Hilal are also considering making a move to secure the player’s services. The Saudi club could attempt to persuade Chelsea to part with their Senegalese defender.
Mamadou Sarr is under contract with Chelsea until June 2033. But despite the length of his contract, the Senegalese player could leave the Blues either temporarily or permanently.
