A few days ago, it was revealed that Real Madrid's central defender Éder Militão would not join the Brazilian national team due to muscle discomfort. Today, the specifics of his injury have been disclosed.
Details: Real Madrid officially announced that following medical examinations, Militão has been diagnosed with a muscle injury to the quadriceps of his left leg.
While the exact recovery time is unclear, Militão is expected to miss the upcoming match against Celta.
Militão missed the entire previous season due to a torn ACL in his knee.
Reminder: In the last match against Villarreal, Real's right-back Dani Carvajal suffered a serious injury and will not play again this season.
