The 32-year-old Vázquez has been part of the "Blancos" system since 2007. In the recently concluded season, the seasoned midfielder featured in 38 matches across all competitions, recording 3 goals and 8 assists.

It was also previously reported that Kylian Mbappé and Real Madrid have agreed on a contract, with an official announcement of this highly anticipated summer transfer expected as soon as next week.

Yesterday, the final match of the UEFA Champions League took place, where Real Madrid triumphed over Borussia Dortmund thanks to goals from Dani Carvajal and Vinícius Júnior. This trophy marks the fifteenth in the illustrious history of Los Blancos.
