Real Madrid defender Éder Militão has successfully undergone surgery, marking the next step in his recovery following a recent injury.
Details: The medical staff of the “Royal Club” has already developed an individual rehabilitation plan for the player, set to last five months. According to current forecasts, the Brazilian hopes to make a full recovery and return to the pitch by September 2026.
While losing a player of this caliber is a significant blow for Real Madrid, the five-month recovery window offers hope that Militão will be able to regain top form by early autumn and once again bolster the Madrid side’s defensive ranks.
Éder is now starting the first stage of his rehabilitation under the close supervision of the club’s physiotherapists.
Notably, the Brazilian defender has played 21 matches for the Madrid club across all competitions this season, scoring 2 goals and providing 1 assist.
Reminder: The main favourite to become the next Real Madrid head coach has been revealed — the legendary manager José Mourinho is reportedly in pole position.
