Real Madrid disappointed with UEFA Champions League draw

Real Madrid will face Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League Round of 16, but the mood inside the Spanish club is far from positive.

Details: According to Damian Casol, those within Real Madrid are not satisfied with the draw. Sources say they have faced Manchester City so many times that Courtois and Rüdiger have played more matches against City as Real players than they did during their time at Chelsea.

Notably, these teams have crossed paths frequently in the Champions League, and when it comes to the knockout stages, fate has now paired them for the eighth time in the past ten years.

Over the entire history of the Champions League, the two clubs have faced each other 15 times.

Reminder: The Champions League once again promises thrilling showdowns between the elite sides of modern football. The draw for the Round of 16 has taken place.
