Real Madrid convinced there is a targeted campaign over Mbappé’s trip to Italy
Real Madrid are currently going through a difficult period, and the club reportedly believe certain events are being intentionally directed against them.
Details: According to EL PAÍS, figures inside Real Madrid are convinced that the media reaction surrounding Kylian Mbappé’s trip to Italy has been deliberately fuelled in order to criticise club president Florentino Pérez. The club also reportedly believe that someone is actively orchestrating the campaign behind the scenes.
We previously reported that two Real Madrid players were involved in a fight during training. Federico Valverde and Aurélien Tchouaméni are set to be officially suspended from working with the squad.
The decision was reportedly made immediately after an emergency meeting was called following repeated clashes between the players, which ultimately resulted in the Uruguayan midfielder being hospitalised.
