Earlier, Bayer Leverkusen declared a big sale in the summer, and it seems that top clubs are already in pole position to get one player or another of the already German champions.

Pharmacists right-back Jeremy Frimpong has caught the attention of Manchester United, as well as Arsenal, Liverpool and Real Madrid, according to teamTALK. The player himself would not mind staying in Leverkusen, but both he and the club realise that it will be difficult.

Contributing to the 23-year-old's departure is the rather low clausula that is spelt out in Frimpong's contract. It amounts to just £34 million, and suitors for the defender have yet to enter negotiations with Bayer.

The Dutch player has played 38 games for Bayer this season, in which he scored 12 goals and gave 11 assists.
