Real has found a replacement for Benzema in the Manchester United forward

Despite not having a replacement for Karim Benzema, who left in the summer of 2023, Real Madrid are performing pretty well, but that won't stop Carlo Ancelotti from signing a new striker in the summer.

According to Defensa Central, Los Blancos are considering bringing in Manchester United forward Rasmus Højlund, although Kylian Mbappé and Erling Haaland are the top targets.

Since joining United, Højlund has been criticised for his form and lack of goalscoring ability. But in the last five games, the 21-year-old seems to have turned things around with five goals and two assists to his credit, and it is because of his exceptional form since the start of the year that Real have shown interest in him.

It has been noted that United will endeavour to keep one of their best young players, who could be a star in the future.

With Højlund finally settling in at the club and enjoying his time at Old Trafford, his departure from the Red Devils looks highly unlikely.
