Real and Napoli minimally beat their opponents. Group C results

In Group C, the third round of the Champions League matches took place. Real Madrid and Napoli played away matches against Braga and Union, respectively.

Braga - Real - 1:2

Real opened the scoring at the start of the match. Rodrigo, assisted by Vinicius, put the "Los Blancos" ahead in the 16th minute. Braga wanted to score and was a bit sharper in the first half, but couldn't manage to do so.

After the break, Real doubled their lead. Jude Bellingham scored a goal for Real in the 61st minute, with an assist from Vinicius. Two minutes later, Braga reduced the deficit with a goal from Jallo. However, Real defended quite reliably and broke on the counter when the opportunity arose.

No one else could score in this match. Real narrowly won and collected the maximum nine points after three games.

Union - Napoli - 0:1

Union Berlin hosted Napoli on their home turf. After a rather uneventful first half, both teams went into halftime with a goalless draw. In the second half, Napoli opened the scoring with the only shot on target in the match. Giacomo Raspadori scored the winning goal for Napoli in the 65th minute.

Napoli, like Real, secured a minimal advantage and moved to the second position in the group, having six points to their name.
