RB Leipzig cancels Noah Okafor transfer from AC Milan after medical

AC Milan forward Noah Okafor was set to join RB Leipzig, but the transfer fell through at the last minute.

Details: According to Fabrizio Romano, RB Leipzig canceled the deal following Okafor's medical examination.

During the medical, Leipzig’s doctors identified an injury that would sideline Okafor for a significant period.

Additionally, Leipzig’s medical team was reportedly concerned about Okafor's excess weight.

This season, Okafor has made only 11 Serie A appearances, scoring one goal. He previously played for Red Bull Salzburg and Basel.

Reminder: RB Leipzig has also been linked with Celta Vigo defender Óscar Mingueza in recent reports.
