Ranking of players who scored the most goals from the penalty spot in the Champions League

The rating of footballers with the most goals scored from free kicks has been published, Opta reports.

Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo is in first place, having scored 12 goals from free kicks. Alexander Del Piero is in second place, having scored 11 times from the penalty spot. Juninho, who scored ten goals from the penalty spot, rounded out the top three. The ranking also includes Rivaldo, Beckham and Roberto Carlos.

As a reminder, Cristiano Ronaldo is the top earner among the athletes who earned the most in 2023. The Portuguese striker earned $275 million. Spanish golfer Jon Rahm is in second place, having earned $203 million in 2023. Inter Miami striker Lionel Messi rounded out the top three. The Argentine's income was $130 million.
