Recently, a video surfaced on social media featuring the former Real Madrid star, now a player for Sevilla, Sergio Ramos, signing shirts for fans while seated in a car. However, when one of the fans requested his autograph on a Real Madrid shirt, the 37-year-old player brushed off the request, sparking criticism and questions from some quarters.

The defender defended his actions after the video went public, stating: "Up to that point, I had already signed around 6 [Real Madrid] shirts. There are also people who put them up for auction or sell them online."

Ramos moved to Real Madrid from Sevilla in 2005 for €27 million, spending sixteen years with the Madrid team until he signed with PSG in 2021. During the last off-season, the Spaniard returned to his native club.

With Real Madrid, Ramos clinched five league titles, two Copa del Rey trophies, and four Spanish Super Cups. He also secured the UEFA Champions League and FIFA Club World Cup four times each, as well as the UEFA Super Cup three times. Additionally, as part of the Spanish national team, he won the European Championship twice and claimed victory once in the World Cup.
