Cora Schumacher, the former wife of Formula 1 star Ralf Schumacher, has opened up about suffering from panic attacks and seeking therapy, reports Daily Mail. According to Cora, her mental health struggles stem from Ralf’s attempts to prevent her from speaking publicly about his sexuality.
Cora stated that Ralf has taken legal action against her and has sent warning letters to her lawyers. These actions, she claims, have significantly worsened her psychological state.
"I finally want to put my past behind me and I wish Ralf would let me heal in peace so that I can finally start living my life carefree," she shared.
The tension between the former couple began after Cora revealed that she only learned about Ralf’s sexual orientation following his public coming out. Ralf countered her claims, asserting that she had been aware much earlier and was now feigning ignorance.
Ralf Schumacher had previously announced on Instagram that he is gay and in a relationship with French business manager Étienne Busquet-Cassagne.
