Racing Club and FC OSA will not be playing in the Ivorian Ligue 1 next season
Their fate has been sealed with one matchday remaining in the season
Both clubs have officially been relegated to Ligue 2.
Following ASEC Mimosas’s title win a few days ago, the clubs set to return to the second division next season are now known. Racing Club and FC OSA are the two teams set to leave the top flight of Ivorian football at the end of the 2025–2026 season.
Currently bottom and second-bottom of the Ivorian league with one matchday remaining, they will compete in Ligue 2 next season. Racing Club are relegated to the second division after eight seasons in the Ivorian top flight, highlighted by a Ligue 1 title in 2020.
As for FC OSA, they return to Ligue 2 after spending just two seasons in the Ivorian Ligue 1.
