The Parisian management is currently in talks with Palmeiras regarding the transfer of the 25-year-old midfielder.

Details: According to GOAL, PSG is determined to land the Colombian national team and Palmeiras midfielder — Richard Ríos.

It is reported that PSG’s head coach Luis Enrique has personally approved Ríos as a reinforcement for the midfield next season, and the club’s executives have already made immediate contact with Palmeiras, putting a generous offer on the table.

However, the French side faces stiff competition from Atlético Madrid, whose head coach has also insisted on bringing in the Colombian star. This sets up a head-to-head battle between Enrique and Simeone, both of whom are making a determined push to sign Richard Ríos.

The situation is expected to be resolved soon, but it remains unclear who will emerge victorious in this high-stakes transfer race.

Last season, Richard featured in 31 matches, scoring 4 goals and providing two assists. Ríos is under contract with Palmeiras until December 31, 2028. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €16 million.
