Joan Martínez, often likened to Sergio Ramos in Spain for his playing style and physical attributes, is considered one of the brightest talents to emerge from Real’s academy.
Despite suffering a serious cruciate ligament injury in 2024, the youngster has made a full recovery, regained top form, and recently extended his contract with Real Madrid through 2029.
It’s worth noting that Martínez has yet to make his first-team debut. Transfermarkt currently values the defender at €5 million.
Reminder: It has been revealed who will join Mbappé and Vinícius in Real Madrid’s attacking line-up next season.
