PSG targets Real Madrid defender Asensio

During the winter transfer window, Real Madrid avoided signing a new center-back, instead making a bold bet on Raúl Asensio—a decision the club does not regret. However, Los Blancos may soon risk losing their young talent.

Details: According to Relevo, PSG showed interest in the 22-year-old defender during the winter window and attempted to convince him to make the switch to Paris. However, their efforts were unsuccessful.

It is emphasized that Asensio is fully focused on signing a new contract with Real Madrid. Negotiations are already underway, and there are no plans for a departure. Both parties are hopeful for a long-term collaboration.

Reminder: Previously, reports indicated that PSG is preparing a significant bid for another Real Madrid player—Eduardo Camavinga—this summer.
