French winger Bradley Barcola has emerged as a top summer transfer target for Merseyside giants Liverpool.

Liverpool’s interest in Barcola dates back to last summer. Back then, the Reds already made an attempt to land the young winger, but after much deliberation, he chose to remain in Paris. His main motivations were the desire to fight for Champions League glory and to secure a guaranteed spot in France’s World Cup squad. Now, with those objectives behind him, the landscape has shifted dramatically.
The chief reason Barcola is now truly fired up about a Liverpool move is his current role at PSG. Bradley has grown weary of being a “super sub” and “joker” in Luis Enrique’s tactical plans—he’s determined to become a key starter and the face of a long-term project. The prospect of testing himself in the Premier League under Liverpool’s ambitious leadership looks the perfect step for his continued development.
Notably, the French winger played 47 matches this season, scoring 12 goals and providing 7 assists.
