On December 13 in Al Rayyan, the FIFA Intercontinental Cup semi-final took place, where French side PSG discovered their opponent for the final.
The pitch at the Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium saw a clash between the top teams from South America and Africa — Flamengo and Pyramids. The match wasn't the most spectacular, but there were no surprises. The Brazilian club confidently secured victory thanks to precise strikes from Leo Pereira and Danilo.
Recall that the final will also be held in Qatar on December 17. Flamengo will take on French giants PSG, the reigning UEFA Champions League winners.
