President of Napoli confirmed that there is a substantial clause stipulated in Osimhen's contract

Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis responded to inquiries regarding the future of the team's primary striker, Victor Osimhen.

The Neapolitan club's chief confirmed that the Nigerian's contract contains a significant release clause, although he refrained from disclosing the exact amount.

"Some players stay for many years, others are wanted by PSG, Arsenal, Man City, Chelsea. It’s difficult to keep players when they are wanted by rich clubs.

Osimhen clause? I can confirm there’s a release clause, very high one”. De Laurentiis said.

In the ongoing season, the 25-year-old Osimhen has scored 13 goals and provided 4 assists in 21 matches for the Neapolitan team across all competitions.
