Preparing for work with the national team: Thomas Tuchel attends Tottenham vs. Newcastle match

Tottenham hosted Newcastle United at their home ground in a clash from Matchday 20 of the Premier League. The game featured some unexpected attendees.

Details. Newly appointed England head coach Thomas Tuchel was spotted at the match. The German manager officially assumed his role as head of the Three Lions' national team on January 1.

Incidentally, Tottenham took an early lead through Dominic Solanke, but conceded twice before halftime, with goals from Anthony Gordon and Alexander Isak for Newcastle.

Reminder. Tuchel’s coaching staff for the national team is expected to be finalized in the coming weeks. The appointments will align with the diversity policy advocated by the Football Association.
