Premier League dismisses referee David Coote for insulting Liverpool in video

Last month, Premier League referee David Coote was at the center of a major scandal. A video surfaced online showing the referee, allegedly under the influence, making derogatory remarks about Liverpool and Jürgen Klopp. It was later revealed that Coote had consumed drugs prior to the incident. Today, Coote learned the verdict regarding his future.

Details: The Premier League officially announced that Coote has been dismissed from his position. He will no longer officiate matches in England’s top flight.
