During the current winter transfer window, Egyptian international Mostafa Mohamed responded to offer from his old team, Zamalek.

According to reports, teams like Lens (France), Leganés (Spain), and Eintracht Frankfurt (Germany) are interested in signing the Nantes striker.

Gamal El Adl, member of Zamalek's investment committee, stated on MBC MASR 2 that he personally contacted Mostafa Mohamed and his agent, offering him return to Zamalek until the end of the season.

While the player welcomed the idea, he emphasized that Nantes wants him to stay and requested time to think, estimating his chances of returning at just 50%.

However, Mostafa Mohamed turned down offers from both Zamalek and Al Ahly, according to Medhat El Adl, who made this confirmation on Egyptian Channel One. The striker stated unequivocally that he has no intention of leaving the French league and that he wants to stay in Europe.

Mostafa Mohamed joined Galatasaray on loan in January 2021 after previously playing for Zamalek. Before he was sold to Nantes, his agreement was later finalized.
