Postecoglou confirms. Tottenham lose Richarlison for an extended period

Tottenham’s Brazilian forward Richarlison had barely recovered from one injury when the 27-year-old suffered another setback, as confirmed by head coach Ange Postecoglou.

Details: The North London team’s manager stated that Richarlison will be unavailable for a lengthy period, but the Australian coach declined to give an estimated return date.

Quote: "I find it difficult to give a timeframe, but he’ll be out for a significant period. It’s a serious hamstring injury. He was very disappointed. We tried a different approach to his rehabilitation; he worked hard not only on recovery but also on his overall fitness.

"He really improved his physical condition. He was doing everything right, and we were gradually bringing him back, being cautious to avoid overload, but unfortunately, he got injured again," Postecoglou said.
