Possible coaching change? Juventus contacted Xavi Hernandez

Juventus recently lost their Serie A match against Napoli and previously drew with Club Brugge in the UEFA Champions League. The team’s results have been inconsistent, leading the club to consider a possible coaching change.

Details: According to L’Equipe, Juventus management has reached out to Spanish specialist Xavi Hernandez, who recently managed Barcelona. Sources indicate that Juventus currently does not plan to dismiss Thiago Motta but is exploring potential options in the market.

The contact has been described as an initial inquiry about possible future collaboration. Xavi may be available this summer, and Juventus under Motta has not delivered the expected results.

Reminder: The Turin side had gone 10 months without a defeat in the domestic league. Their last loss occurred on March 30 in the 30th round of the previous season against Lazio.

Currently, Juventus sits in fifth place in the Serie A table with 37 points after 22 matches. They are two points away from the Champions League spots and 16 points behind the league leaders.
