Central defender Tiago Djaló has struggled to establish himself at Juventus and has already found a new club.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the Portuguese defender is set to join Porto on a one-season loan without a purchase option. Porto will cover 60% of Djaló's salary, while Juventus will continue to pay the remaining 40%.

Djaló joined Juventus from Lille in January for €5.1 million. However, due to injuries, he missed significant time and played only one match for the Turin club.

Previously, Djaló played in Portugal only at the academy level for Sporting CP before moving to AC Milan's youth team. Since 2019, the 24-year-old defender had been playing for Lille.

In the first four matches of the Primeira Liga season, Porto has accumulated 9 points.
