Police seize counterfeit Napoli merchandise worth over 300,000 euros

Napoli are now heading into one of the most crucial stretches of the season, and the action is heating up not just within the squad, but throughout the city itself.
Details: According to Reuters, Italian police have confiscated a variety of club merchandise in Naples during a series of raids, including retro shirts and this season’s official jerseys, with the total value exceeding 300,000 euros.
A total of 18 individuals are under suspicion, facing charges of counterfeiting, receiving stolen goods, and commercial fraud. Fans and tourists were being sold low-quality items for 50 euros apiece.
Reminder: Napoli currently lead Milan’s Inter by a single point and will be crowned Italian champions for the fourth time if they defeat Cagliari at home on Friday.
