Police believe Jota was allegedly speeding in fatal car accident
Last Thursday, Liverpool forward Diogo Jota tragically died as a result of a car accident. The Spanish police are still conducting their investigation, but initial findings have already been released to the public.
Details: Law enforcement officials have stated that necessary examinations are still underway, but current evidence suggests that Jota was indeed behind the wheel and may have exceeded the legal speed limit, which, according to local media, is 120 km/h.

Quote: "The expert analysis is being carried out and is nearing completion, during which, among other things, the tire tracks left by one of the car's wheels are being examined.
Everything also points to a possible significant violation of the permitted speed on the road. All tests carried out so far indicate that Diogo Jota was behind the wheel of the vehicle," a police spokesperson told The Independent.
