Chelsea continues its search for young, talented players for the future, and one of their latest targets is a promising 16-year-old from Brazil.

Details: According to CBS journalist Ben Jacobs, the London club has made contact with Corinthians regarding the transfer of left-back Denner Evangelista. The deal could cost Chelsea slightly over €10 million.

The Blues hope to secure a pre-agreement, with the player officially joining the club once he turns 18. Notably, Denner Evangelista is the cousin of Arsenal defender Gabriel Magalhães.

It’s worth noting that Enzo Maresca’s team is still pursuing the signing of Mathys Tel. However, this transfer is expected to be a cash deal rather than a swap involving Christopher Nkunku, as previously speculated.

Reminder: Aston Villa is moving closer to signing João Félix. Representatives of the Birmingham club have been in contact with Chelsea and Félix’s agent, Jorge Mendes, in recent days.
