Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang could be set to join the Turkish Süper Lig
The Gabonese striker is reported to have reached an agreement in principle with Çorum FK.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s summer transfer window looks set to be eventful. With Marseille keen to keep him whilst he is also considering a move, the Gabonese international is at the centre of speculation. Whilst some sources suggest that Marseille’s new manager, Bruno Genesio, would like to keep Aubameyang, others hint at a possible departure this summer.
The Gabonese player is reportedly heading for the Turkish league. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is said to have reached an agreement with Çorum FK, a club newly promoted to the Süper Lig. The 37-year-old striker is reported to have already met with the Turkish club’s officials in Istanbul. All that remains is to reach an agreement with Marseille, where Aubameyang is under contract until 2027.
Last season, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored 14 goals and provided 10 assists for Marseille.
