The third-ranked doubles player in the world, Storm Hunter from Australia, has announced that she will only be able to return to the court in the next season.

This is because the recovery from surgery on her right Achilles tendon will take about a year.

When asked if she will compete in the Olympics, Storm replied that she might consider it only in Los Angeles (2028 Olympics).
