A sex scandal from seven years ago involving model Luisa Kremleva and star French defender Theo Hernandez is gaining momentum once again.
Back in 2017, Kremleva and Hernandez engaged in sexual activity, after which the model accused the player of rape.
Luisa claimed that Hernandez injured her knee by pushing her out of a car onto the ground after allegedly assaulting her. The rape allegedly took place in a Porsche Cayenne near the upscale Olivia Valere nightclub in Marbella.

The legal process dragged on for a long time, with Hernandez never being arrested. However, Kremleva was reportedly detained in 2020. Later, the model's mother stated that her daughter was not in custody and had simply gone to court to receive a summons.
The scandal eventually died down and was largely forgotten. However, new evidence has surfaced — security camera footage shows that Kremleva injured her knee from simply falling near the nightclub.
Kremleva now faces up to two years in prison for defamation if these claims are proven. A court hearing is scheduled for October 28 in Málaga.
