Pharco FC to boycott Confederation of African Football competitions
CAF’s decision has been met with disapproval
This follows the decision by the Appeals Committee of African football’s governing body to award the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations title to Morocco at the expense of Senegal.
This sensational decision, which has rocked the football world, is already dividing African football. While some voices applaud it, others strongly condemn it.
In Egypt, Pharco FC has declared that it will no longer take part in competitions organised by the Confederation of African Football. From the African Champions League to the Confederation Cup and the African Super Cup, the Egyptian Premier League club will boycott them all.
