Perišić will play for a team competing in the Champions League

Croatian national team legend Ivan Perišić is currently a free agent, but he is expected to sign with a well-known European club in the near future.
Details: According to Fabrizio Romano, PSV, the Dutch champions, are in negotiations with Perišić. The Eindhoven club has offered him a contract until the end of the current season.
Perišić's last club was Croatian side Hajduk Split, which he left following a dispute with new head coach Gennaro Gattuso.
However, if the contract is signed, PSV will not be able to enter Perišić for the Champions League, as the registration window for the tournament has already closed.
Reminder: Perišić is well known across Europe for his stints with Inter, Tottenham, Bayern, Wolfsburg, and Borussia Dortmund.
Today, PSV will face Juventus away in their first match of the Champions League.
