Paul Mendy made a lasting impression on Monday 27 April during matchday 34 of the Italian Serie A. He showcased his talent against Atalanta in the league. The Senegalese striker netted a brace in under ten minutes.
Paul Mendy opened the scoring for his side in the first minute before doubling the lead in the 8th minute. Having arrived in Cagliari a few months ago from AS Bambey, he had previously been playing for Cagliari’s U19s (Primavera) but was also called up to the first team. With the U19s, Paul Mendy has already scored 16 goals.
