Patrick Vieira’s coaching staff revealed

Following Patrick Vieira’s official presentation as head coach of the Senegal national team on 18 September, the Senegalese Football Federation has revealed the composition of his coaching staff.

The French manager will be supported by several colleagues in his role at the helm of the Lions of Teranga. Patrick Vieira will be assisted by two assistant coaches: Mickaël Marsiglia and Seydina Issa Aidara.

The staff also includes three video analysts: Fares Mouri, Magatte Gueye and Hachem Al Mbae. They will be responsible for analysing matches and data to support the team’s preparations. Khadim Faye has been appointed goalkeeping coach.

Emmanuel Vallance will take up the role of performance manager. He thus completes a coaching staff comprising a total of seven members working alongside Patrick Vieira.

Patrick Vieira is already in charge of the Lions of Teranga during this international break. He took charge of his first match on 25 September in the qualifiers for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations.
