Former Los Angeles Lakers guard Patrick Beverley didn’t hold back when criticizing his former team’s performance.
Quote: "Lakers are ass, straight up. It ain't JJ Redick. It ain't none of that. It's been coaches, it's been players. Lakers aren't good.
They need a five. A lot of people are afraid to say it. You can’t use Anthony Davis at the five. They were successful in the bubble year because they had a center. They need one," Beverley stated on The Pat Bev Podcast with Rone.
Background: The Lakers have won only three of their last ten NBA games and currently sit in 8th place in the Western Conference with a 13-11 record.
It was also reported recently that LeBron James missed the team’s latest practice session.
