The French tactician signed his contract on Monday 2 March 2026 in Lomé.

Patrice Neveu will lead the Togo Sparrowhawks for the next three years. Appointed a few days ago, the 71-year-old coach has now been officially confirmed in his role. He was presented to the press on Monday during the signing ceremony for his contract as the new coach of the Togo national team.

Patrice Neveu will be on the bench for the Togo national team until 2029. His arrival opens a new chapter for the Togolese team. The Togolese Football Federation expects the French tactician to build a competitive team capable of meeting the expectations of supporters and flying the national colours high in upcoming competitions.

Togo's new manager can count on his extensive experience in African football. He has previously managed Niger, Gabon, Guinea, DR Congo and Mauritania.
