David and Victoria Beckham were among the guests at a 50th birthday party for Nicky Butt, which also saw a reunion of stars from Manchester United’s famous Class of ‘92. However, the celebration at Soho Farmhouse took an unexpected turn when a violent altercation broke out, prompting a police response, reports The Sun.
The event was attended by several football legends, including the birthday honoree Butt, as well as Gary Neville and Paul Scholes.
According to eyewitnesses, the trouble started when an intoxicated man stepped outside and began urinating in the courtyard. A security guard spotted him and attempted to intervene, but the situation quickly escalated. The man responded aggressively, headbutting the guard and breaking his nose.
"The guard went to have a word with the guy causing offence and was then head-butted in the face. There was blood everywhere and people were shocked as the guard came inside with his face in a total mess," a source told The Sun.
Police are currently reviewing CCTV footage and interviewing witnesses. As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
