Pape Thiaw’s squad is now complete in Paris
The Senegal national team has begun its training camp ahead of the international friendlies against Peru and Gambia.
All 28 players called up for the international break are in Paris to prepare for their friendly matches during the FIFA window. They are undergoing a series of training sessions under the watchful eye of head coach Pape Thiaw and his technical staff.
The Lions of Teranga will play their first friendly match against Peru at the Stade de France on 28 March. Senegal plans to present the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations trophy to its fans on this occasion, despite the decision by the Appeal Committee of the Confederation of African Football. The Senegalese national team’s second friendly match will be played against Gambia on 31 March in Dakar.
