Panthere FC on a training camp ahead of their first match in the CAF Confederation Cup
The Cameroon Cup champions are preparing at the CAF Centre of Excellence in Mbankomo.
Panthere FC are gearing up for their continental campaign. As winners of the Cameroon Cup, the club will represent Cameroon in the 2026–2027 CAF Confederation Cup.
With the kick-off of the first preliminary round scheduled for next September fast approaching, Panthere FC have begun a training camp. A total of 33 players are taking part in this gathering at Mbankomo.
Under the guidance of the coaching staff, the players will work on various aspects of the Cameroonian side’s playing system. During this training camp, Panthere FC intends to fine-tune its strategy ahead of its clash with Rayon Sports of Rwanda.
The Cameroonian club will play the first leg of the first qualifying round of the CAF Confederation Cup at home. The match is scheduled for Friday 4 September in Yaoundé.
The match will be played at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 2.30 pm GMT. The Cameroonian club will be hoping to get their campaign off to the best possible start in front of their home crowd before travelling to Rwanda for the return leg.
