Transfermarkt, one of the most popular football statistics platforms known for its player valuations, has released an important update today.

Details: Transfermarkt has updated the market values of players in the Premier League. Here are the most notable changes:

  • The biggest gain belongs to Chelsea star Cole Palmer, whose value soared by €40M—from €90M to €130M. This makes him the seventh Premier League player currently valued at over €100M. Palmer is now the fourth most valuable player in the league, trailing only Erling Haaland (€200M), Bukayo Saka (€150M), and Phil Foden (€140M).
  • The steepest decline affects Chelsea forward Christopher Nkunku, whose value dropped by €15M—from €65M to €50M. West Ham midfielder Lucas Paquetá also saw his value decrease from €55M to €40M.
  • Other notable progressions include Nicolas Jackson, whose value rose by €15M—from €40M to €55M.
  • Morgan Rogers (Aston Villa) and Ethan Nwaneri (Arsenal) registered the second-largest increases, with their values rising by €18M each.

Reminder: Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca recently stated that his team is not yet ready to compete for the Premier League title.
