Attacking midfielder Cole Palmer is enjoying a stellar debut season at Chelsea.

In the Premier League match against Burnley in the 30th round, the Englishman scored yet another goal, converting a penalty. This goal marked Palmer's 12th in the Premier League this season, along with 8 assists.

Interestingly, Palmer becomes only the fifth player in Chelsea's history to accumulate 20 points through goals and assists in their debut season in the Premier League.

Previously, this feat was achieved by Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink (32 goal involvements in the 2000-01 season), Eden Hazard (20 in the 2012-13 season), Diego Costa (23 in the 2014-15 season), and Cesc Fabregas (21 in the 2014-15 season).

It's worth noting that Palmer joined Chelsea from Manchester City in the summer of 2023, with the Pensioners paying €47 million for his services.
